Deposit is required day of booking appointment with paypal or stripe, there is an option to pay in full. If you option to pay deposit remainder will be charged day of appt.
Refunds
Refunds will be be processed within 7 - 10 business days in accordance with our cancellation policy
Hold Harmless
You agree to not hold Serenity Healing or Deanne liable for any personal loss or cost incurred by you (or any person related to you). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serenity Healing or Deanne in the event of any such claim. Except as expressly provided in this agreement, Serenity Healing or Deanne will have no liability to you. This agreement reflects the entire understanding and agreement between you and Serenity Healing or Deanne, regarding the matters contained in this agreement.
